Together with the training team you are responsible for managing and performing the worldwide training of RAS application experts, sales representatives and customers for RAS cellular analysis systems (primarily: xCELLigence, RTCA). The Training and Application Manager is generating a training concept together with global marketing and the regions as well as generating the relevant training material (i.e. presentations, training manual, e-Learning material etc.) Together with the training team you're training the RAS application experts, sales representatives and customers how to use and applicate the RAS cellular analysis systems and products properly. The position holder ist supporting the local application specialists and first level support coworkers for installation of RAS cellular analysis systems. The Training and Application Manager ist responsible for generating application data and processing relevant data for presentations, marketing material and application manuals. He/she provides application support to the local application specialists, to the first level support managers and to customers. | Wer Sie sind: | For this position you hold an University degree in biological sciences or in a similar field, a PhD and or Post Doc experience is of advantage. For this position, profund experiences in cellular biology is a must. If you've gained experience in training and/or customer support it is an advantage. You have very good communication and didactic skills and a fluent communication in English (writing and talking) is obligatory. Because of numerous international travels a high flexibility is expected. |  |  |
